A former Chief Executive of the Irish office of Collins Stewart, a FTSE-listed UK investment bank, Gary has worked in financial markets for over 25 years in Tokyo, Hong Kong, London and Dublin. His track-record in raising funds for smaller company IPOs on the AIM market and risk analysis across public and private asset classes will be key to driving the growth of Spark Private. Gary is also responsible for the EIIS Private Portfolio product which has grown rapidly since its launch in 2023. Gary is a Law graduate (LL.B) of Trinity College Dublin.

A former Irish Stock Exchange Registered Representative, he co-founded a nationwide children's residential services company, exiting in 2020. Fearghal is hugely experienced in the start-up world and has facilitated 50+ equity funding rounds for Irish start-ups since joining Spark in 2020. An active investor, he has backed 32 early-stage companies and holds multiple advisory roles. Fearghal is also a member of the Corporate Governance Institute and a BComm graduate of NUI Galway

A Senior Manager with 25 years’ experience in Commercial Banking and Private Equity Investment, Maeliosa is a versatile and accomplished financial professional with hands-on experience in managing activities related to services, sales management, budgeting and planning, project management and business development. His ability to successfully manage, organise and deliver excellent investment and portfolio opportunities to a high-net-worth (HNW) client base will be key to the delivery of the Spark Private service. Maeliosa is an Bachelor of Arts and Banking graduate of University College Dublin.
